ACI Systems is a family owned and operated commercial roof restoration company located in Greensboro, NC that provides services in NC, SC, and VA. Our founder, Ray Rumsey, was a veteran that used his military background to enroll and graduate from Guilford College. After graduation, he worked in the construction industry for many years before going out on his own to start the company back in 1985 - originally selling his services out of the attic of his house (all while trying to raise 5 children)! Ray was one of the hardest working people you’ve ever seen, but that never got in the way of what he thought was truly important – his family, his community and just doing the “right” thing (in life and in business). He made a lasting impact on everyone he came across – whether in his local community or in the roofing industry. No matter your situation, he was able to put you at ease and make sure you walked away laughing.

Born and raised in Greensboro, NC, current owners Jeff Rumsey and Stacy Beard have been in the business for over 30 years. They are just two examples of how infectious his energy was and are proud to carry on his legacy. Not only providing professional commercial roofing services to their customers, but also being able to make them feel like family just as Ray did. If anyone knows a thing or two about how to follow in his footsteps, it would be his son and daughter!
